Default Looking for a new puppy

I want something that's going to be large.. not quite as big as a great dane, but bigger than a medium sized dog.. maybe like a german shepard or something like that...

Any suggestions on where to find one and what breed... I've had a husky/australian shepard mix, she was beautiful but not big enough...

I'd love a doberman or pit or boxer or rot... Anyone know of any places to find a full breed with papers?

I love black labs too, but I'd rather have something a little bit more aggressive..

that's very true.. i'll try there... i checked the humane society, but I can't see myself getting a full grown "guard" type dog from there b/c you really can never understand it's background... I want a puppy to raise with love...

not to be a downer but pits arent big dogs. a ukc cert male can only weight between 35-60 lbs and the females are slightly smaller. i have a pit/american bulldog mix and she weighs like 65 lbs. she is very medium dog sized but is very strong. she is also the nicest dog ever. she 'plays' with smaller animals that often end up dead (ie. cats, squirrels, a fox, anything dumb enough to get in the back yard while she is out there).
