Ok everyone I got them up. I had a lot of people asking me to post these (some where a little pressuring and made we want to NEVER post them just because of their impatience, but I won't mention their names). The camera got a lot of attention at the meet (you might have seen me, guy w/ big black SLR camera and curly hair in a black leather jacket) and those people asked me to post these as well. Point is, they were very importan to a lot of people (apparently). Tonight was my first free night so I got them done. 23 pics. I went with quality over quantity (hopefuly you guys will think they're quality) See if you can find your car maybe. Enjoy.

ok, that's kind of a mean assumption. I've had a Canon DSLR now for over a year but I switched from a Digital Rebel XT to a 20D about 4 months ago.

The Mini with neon was kind of a joke. To those who asked, the ricer in #5 is there because it was a clean shot (nobody liked it, so no one was standing in front of it) in that cold, weather or not people were walking around/in front of the car was a huge factor if I took the pic, some of these are 20 second exposure, most of them are closer to 6 seconds.

Haha I just realized that the light went through all 3 colors during that picture! It's Red green AND yellow haha.

too much softening done to the pics. gaussian blur overlay ftl.

btw xt to 20d will not yield any better pics.

nice cars, for some1 going around like they are the greatest photographer, the pics arent that great. Your on the right track but more editing and looks like you need to take your time and get the "right" shot of each car.

I know, but I wanted the durability and better feel. A comfortable shooter is a better shooter. As for the God-like thing, a lot of people DID want me to post these, I said "These were important to a lot of people (aparrently)" and also "I went for quality over quantity (hopefully you guys will think these are quality)". Both of them state that you, the viewers determine the overall pictures. I take critisism to heart. I admit, this soft workflow has become a bit of a Krutch for me and I need to get around it. I know I'm far (far far far far far X10000) off from professional. And these pictures are hardly even a 6(if that) on a 1(worst) to 10(best) scale of horrible to "perfect"(I use quotes because it's subjective) pictures. I'm on my way though and I'm trying. Improvement is my main goal. I do like to think that my pictures are above "average" shots posted on car forums(actually taken by forum members not professional shots borrowed from a magazine site or w/e). And near the bottom to mid-lower range ( 3 or 4 out of 10?) of what most DSLR shots on here look like.

Yes, that looks great, ^that's^ what I want to achieve. My point was that I included the parenthesis statements from the very first post onward. I don't think I'm as great as my first post implies. I know I have a long way to go.

Your shots are not trash but i dont like them.. the fact that people were waiting for them, is due to the fact that people will beg and plead for anything that is free that they have to wait for... My shots are not golden either but they are far better than the ones you posted with nothing done but a resize..
you get a + for effort..

So long as I show improvement with every thread I post, I'm happy. A lot of good shots on here. Thanks for suggestions and cheering me on. Hopefully in a few months I'll have some pics up that everyone will agree are better than what I currently have.

yeah my car may have a bodykit front bumper but i can atleast say that all my parts don't have to be held togather with silicone like some tegs i saw with some sratched up gold wheels!!!!!!! if you ain't got nothing nice to say don't open your D.S.

p.s. leave the mini alone he likes the underglows and thats all that matters
