I wanted to know if anyone else has had a bad experience with this person. I was trading a FPR and fuel pump for a front lip and I think I got ripped off. We agreed to send each other the parts and I have not got mine yet and cant get a response from him. I sent the parts on 10-31-06 and still dont have mine. I also sent some money to help with the shipping. I just want people to look out for him cause I think I got stiffed. I shouldn't have been so stupid. If he gets it to me I will change my feedback. His former name was boostedlude.

i tried to call ups tonight, and all that happened was i got put on hold, i am trying to find the receipt, ive been from car to car since mine isn't finished, so it could be in either of my parents car. i will try to call UPS back tomorrow on my lunch break

this is why i dont like to ship crap, i shipped something through USPS and it was my error, then this. i am sorry, if we cant figure anything out i guess i can send your FPR and pump back, and ill just be out of a lip, but to protect my name ill do it :thumbup

i have finally got ahold of UPS.

i have the convo on my cell phone. UPS can not give me any info on where the location of the pacage is. they said things can get mixed up this time of year due to higher travel, and sending packages. they filed a lost package claim, and someone from that department would be in touch with me with in 48 hours.

I still have not heard anything more about the front lip since last wednesday when he said that ups would contact him in 48hrs. I still have not got the tracking number or anything proving he sent it. If you got it, let me have some info.

As a heads up, the company I used to work for had alot of problems with UPS all the time. They loose shit, fuck packages up blah blah blah. We shipped SPX or robin air any time we could. I know I not in this just wanted to give you a heads up about UPS. They are jackasses on the phone too, you get nothing done unless you go to their store and yell alot.

All you need is a tracking number If you give him the tracking # he doesn't need you to follow up for him. He can do it on his own. When a company tells me they have shipped a package...I always ask for the tracking number. Most of the time this is how to catch them telling a fib. Whether it got lost or whatever, UPS still scans the itm as soon as they pick it up. The tracking # will tell you this on-line.

Well then I guess I can tell about my bad experience then...I bought some seats from him a while back. He said they were perfect. Well I figured since they were in his Lude they would fit in mine. 1/2 True, he only had them set up so that the front mounting points would work....so 50 bucks later I had my brackets fixed...no big deal. The thing that pissed me off was, when I was accelerating, for some reason the seat back decided it did not want to be in the up right position any more.(MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE geting tossed to the back seat due to reclining/releasing mechanism being srtipped)...after many times trying to fix that I said the hell with it, counted my loss and got some new seats. Then recently he goes and jacks my seat for sale thread because of the asking price....Said they were cheap EBAY POS SEATS...well at least these work and look better than the ones I got from him, which I am sure he got from EBAY. I think he is a dick and I will never do any business with him again...

He never told me that the drivers side seat was fuxxored..He just took my money and LOL LOL all the way to the bank I guess.

Me personally, im not buying the "i dont have a tracking number" excuse...ANYTIME I ship UPS i always get a tracking number for comfirmation and then he still has another lip. I think that maybe the best solution would be to give you the other lip and just call the loss on it
