If he was any kinda of decent, honest human being. he would with no problem sign the car back over to you. If he was any kinda of Godly man he would have already done that no problem if not have done the trade in the first place.
If you have to, tow the car to his place drop the car in his front yard and knock on the door. Punch him in the face wait give him a decision to swap them back and and tell him he better have the right answer or he will suffer. and then if he says no punch him in the face. kinda like the movie Run down. option A option B

i did call him he told me he "felt sorry" but he already signed papers he has nothing to do with it.. Offered me no help at all.. except minor diagnostics that anybody could have told me.. and blamed it on my driving when honestly i didnt drive the car hard at all when i was test driving it.. on the other hand he peeled out in my integra and pulled on it pretty hard.. i dont mind that too much cuz he wanted to see if the car was strong i guess but i thought he was a good man, a man of his word that is why i didnt go hard on the car or take it on the highway.

I am a man of my word... If I tell you something it is true to the best of my knowledge. When you test drive a car, you should push it to make sure that all the parts work under pressure... of course you need to let it warm up and all that first.. the only reason I pealed out from my driveway is cause the car has some pep and NO TREAD on the tires... I do feel sorry for the situation, but my friend john whom I trust with my life said that you were reving up beside a ford ranger in the culdesac... So please again, be honest with everyone on here...
