Your Civic SI was dropped off October 2005. Your tranny had a bad differential. We quoted you a replacement tranny an install. We did the work.

3 months go buy with no payment, no contact, etc. At this time you wanted to come get the car for the original bill. Charles said you had to pay the $15 a day storage bill which added up to $2xxx. He told you that if your brought $700 by that friday, hed waive the rest of the storage bill.

we never heard from you again, you PMed me saying we could keep the car, i applied for a title for it, got it, parted the car out an junked it.

Sorry it turned out that way, but we are a BUSINESS, we have to make money any way we can within reason. Im sorry you lost your car, but put yourself in our shoes. We did service to a car an never (even to this day) got paid for it. We have to recoupe our losses somehow.

damn. even parted you probably still didnt get what the original bill was for. Funny thing is (ive worked at two shops before and still work at one of them part time) but if ANYTHING would have happened to their car, they would hold YOU responsible for it even though the car shouldnt even be there.
