Nobody accepts a $3,000 down payment and sells to another buyer, usually if that is the case the seller will return the down payment and accept the funds from the other buyer. I hope someone reads this and realize how the situation looks, if a dealership accepts a downpayment from you but decides to sell the car to someone else and tells you to leave the lot are you going to feel that they are justified in doing so? What if their excuse is you offended their sales people? Does that make it right?
You guys are seriously giving some bad advice but I'll just sit back and see how this one ends.
