Was suppose to sell exhaust to him today setup meeting time for 9:30 at the Varsity.I sat there until 10:30 and his bit.cha.ss didnt show up.Wasted my time and gas if you still wanna purchase the item you better plan on driving because im not meeting you anywhere. Also I called him while at the varsity 4times to see if he was going to be running late no answer.

We talked and both were like we can meet at 9:30 got off the phone with him at 8:59.He said it would take him about 15-20mins ,I told him It would take me about 25mins to get there so we should be there around the same time.I told him I will leave now,and I still called him when I was at the varsity. If it took him 15mins to get there he should have been there b4 me

The main thing wrong with this is that the buyer seems to have NEVER tried to get in touch with the seller. At least through IA. Regardless of him "losing his phone," he still had a deal. He agreed to the deal, lost his phone and stood the dude up? All this without bothering to PM the seller the "problem?" This took place 3 weeks ago.

And to the "excuse" of not wanting the exhaust after all? If this is the case, that makes the buyer and even shiitier dude.

I can understand that IF he really lost his phone that he would want to find it. But for him to not even bother trying to get in touch with you (via PM or phone call) to let you know what's going on, is pretty inexcusable.
