problem is if i ban him now then the poeple he has scammed have no way of contacting him.

So he has been but on restricted access , no fs threads, etc.

If he doesnt make good in 1 week then he has no intentions of making good and at that time we will ban him

seriously ppl on the scamming stuff i didnt scam anyone i tlked to ppl tellin them about my car if i was that way i wouldnt get on here an say anything but there is two i sent 92silude his money i can post an pic of the money order if need just let me know an gm tuner i sent him the vtec controller both was talkin care of on thursday sorry about all this bs but its takin care of an ill prove everybody wrong

i understand what you are saying but it didnt happen that way.

He had already sold to 2 or 3 people and wasted 2 or 3 peoples time in 1 week.

If we were to ban people everytime a bad thread was posted there would be almost no members.

We are handling it the right way, what we need from you is to keep an eye on him if you notice him posting anything for sale.
