so now your saying when i met him up at the QT THAT was the first payment?, and that it was indeed a payment, that was march 15th.
why do i have a little slip here with february 15th , 300$ on it.? i thought that was the first payment...good going LOL
and what you are talking about he had a sheriff with him , that was this month , 2 days ago, the 3rd payment, when i called him at 5:30 asking where to meet up.
so unless you are saying that i didnt pay the 2nd payment and rob just let it go and didnt care about it , but filed a suit because i was 30 min late on the 3rd payment........it doesnt add up buddy...
no one got stood up. i am still offering him the cash.
