ive done a lot of business with J427S and i have never had any issues like this.. the first thing i bought from him was a b18 block and head (which he gave me a great price), and we started talking about parts i was gonna be needing. he helped me out with everything, gave me great prices, and always was being fair. he has always been negotiable on prices. i have and will in the future do business with him. i trust him and he has never done me wrong..
