If he came to your house and called you out with no weapon what so ever besides his hands, go ahead and show him how much of a badass that .308 is and then see how fast you end up in jail.

And another fact,who do you think the judge and jury will side with? A convicted felon who has pulled armed robbery,car theft,stealing,etc,or a hard working non-felon who works hard for his family?
