Well any Honda owner knows their Hondas. Weather by the look of bumpers lights etc or body style, a 99-00 civic is what he should of said.

I'm a Honda owner and I have no idea the year model changes. Lolol. Was 1999-2000 the only two years for that body style?

Yeah 96-98 civics look different than 99-00. They always change the bumpers and lights even with same chasis code.
