ok i can vouch for the part where they aint have no one to remove it that they will have to wait because my cuzin was in the same shoes as your friend but the motor had vin tags and my cuzin got a bill of sale and and the sellers car tag and drivers licence number so he was at a car meet in florida where this happened and the cops pulled him over and poped the hood and ran the motor vin it came up stolen they held the car for one year and then the court ruled since he had all the info on the person who sold it to him that he had 10 days to remove the motor and return it to the state
