I made my comment because when you say there is a stock white, lowered Civic rolling around stolen that leaves a lot to be looked for. There are literally thousands of stock white, lowered Civics around here. A pic will give us something more to look at. Like maybe a distinguishing feature or a small spot or dent to look for. Not everyone will be able to zip around to check the tag. And if you aren't concerned with getting a pic up for us to see, then we're certainly not going to strain ourselves at every single stock white, lowered Civic we see. See what I mean.
