Look out for a 90ish and up ish Buick 4dr blue car in the windward area, i was hanging out at the wal-mart waiting for someone when all of a sudden the buick pulls up behind the car im in and some white kid comes out with a camera and snaps a pic of the car im in , so im like wtf . he then i guess sees me and runs back to the car and they speed off and like a min later they come again fast Stop take another pic and take off fast. and Damn ...i could not read the plates on it the lights were busted on it, but yeah Heads up to everyone in the are i dont know what they are up too , just look out for them
