my rear Suspension is JIC FLA-1...they are no good anymore...I bought the new car today for 800.00 and it runs, needs some TLC but it runs, has fresh motor. The cheapest car I could find was 1500.00 at the time but like chad said, dude sold it and someone responded to a thread I made in the WTB section of IA about a coupe for 800.00. My insurance is handling it from now on, I gave dude ample time to come up with 1500 and he refused by not showing proof of insurance to the loan officier which just happens to be chads mom. I get my money and what my insurance does to him is there problem...but I gave dude literally a ladder to climb and he didnt want it. Instead he tells his girl to talk to me thinking thats going to help and tells her to tell me everything that "They decided." Thats the lowest fucking thing I have ever heard "Oh well, we have a daughter to take care of." Well you know what, insurance isnt but about 150.00 per month for liability for his car. He has 2 DUI's pending, and no car insurance...he is going to get what is coming to him. I wish nothing bad on the guy but damn...hes about to pay for this for the rest of his life...They want me to go to the doctor for my back, I have fucking purple and black bruises all over my back, legs and shoulders from the accident...I also could not work the way I am supposed to because I cant lift shit without literally falling over.....I took a harder hit than him, he has another car....he has no injuries....he has someone there to support him....I have none of that and I let him off like I did...I would have taken 1500.00 any day verses min. 30,000 for pain and suffering...thats fucked up isnt it, but it is what it is...I did NOT wish this upon him, ask EVERYONE who I talk to.
