    yeah if that is not their product and they are showing pics that it is, I believe it's false advertisement. Not sure if they can get in trouble for actually taking the pic though.

    but you should think it out first man, it was never under your name so you never technically owned the car.
    The car had an "open title."

    but you can't blame AK, i don't think he knew it was yours because it sat there so long.

    i'm sure he was just trying to clean up the lot, but talk it out with him... he's a cool guy so he'll be reasonable.

    at the same time the car was never actually under my name cuz i never registered it...i have the original title and bill of sale dated and signed from the previous owner. The car was also never AK's to begin with for him to be selling it and claiming it as his....that other guy told me AK said it was his car

    that is a good question, but then again..

    everyone can see everyone's license plate, so i'm not sure... i highly doubt it though, because i'm sure a lot of ppl take random pictures and accidentally capture license plates in the process.. i know i have

    i'm sure 99% of IA has unintentionally done it when taking pictures of cars at meets and events and posting it on this site...

    basically we'd end up sueing everyone
