Neons can have 2 step too

As far as i know any car can have 2-step.. But the SRT-4s joint was set way too low, shit sounds very weak..

i think the reason it was set so low is cause 2steping a neon at 5k will do nothing but make it spin. so settig the 2step at like 2.5-3k makes more sense.

an yeah ur car can 2step, just buy a aem ems, and buy me one while ur at it EJ
