they may look the same, but cause they look the same that doesnt say shit about the research and quility in the product. if u are running a 250whp evo or neon it most likely wont matter at all but once u get 400+ and ebay FMIC will not make the same power. thats why i will be getting rid of mine. you say just because they are manufactured different doesnt mean they arent the same, that makes no fuckin sence what so ever at all.

but what u said is that treadstone FMIC's are ebay FMIC's and i have gave u all the proof u need that they arent from ebay. and sense when are u gonna believe a no name company from ebay on what their product does? i would bet u my car that if u bought that core and bench flow tested it, it would not flow the same as the treadstone FMIC.
u can allways trust what a no-name company on ebay says though right.
the owner of treadstone is a mechanical engineer so IMHO i think he knows alittle about what he is doing. what does the owner of that ebay core do for a living? sell something he has no clue WTF it does, he buys thoose cores from some dude over in china and just goes by what they tell him as where jason at treadstone is there when theese FMIC's are bench tested and he designs them all himself, i'm thinking all thoose years in collage and working as a mechanical engineer qualifies him a lil better to design a core than some 14 year old asain kid that dropped out of school to slave in a wearhouse...

i'm done with this shit, i'm taking my ass to bed. i'm tired of arguing with a person that can never be wrong, and knows more about everything on this earth than everyone on this earth. i've posted test results to prove all FMIC's of the same core size do not flow the same. i've posted pictures of treadstones FMIC cores with their logo on the side to prove they are not ebay cores and i have posted quotes from their webpage thats says theese cores are made right here in the US and not by some dude in china that doesnt even know what a turbo is. i stated that the owner of treadstone is a mechanical engineer and IMHO i think he knows a little more about air flow rate and how a FMIC should be designed that mean green. i dont know what else i can say.

BTW i have a treadstone intercooler here and several Ebay IC.
Now, i have used the EBAY SSAC/XS intercoolers on some of the highest whp cars we have ever done like iloveboosts 630whp LS INTEGRA, Spoolins 630whp LSVTEC, Grey Green 7xxwhp etc.
I have never had a problem out of the Ebay IC, but, i will say the Treadstone is a much NICER piece. the end tanks are much more solid, much better welding, much more durable and i would rather run the Treadstone than an Ebay on a high hp car.
but what do i know, i havent been working on skylines since i was 17 LOL

there are about 10 different IC companies, INCLUDING NAME BRAND (HKS, APEX, TRUST) that use the same sizes, so they must buy their intercoolers from the same place then right?

actually not at all. EBAY ones are slightly cheaper for the monster 4in ones, but the regular sizes, ill run the treadstone ones from now one. even if they are $50-90 more, ill still run them as quality>price in some casesebays intercoolers are sooooo much cheaper though right?
