I cant get the opticy or whatever it is set to 75, I know how to get to the place to set it but I dont know how to actually get it that way?

Open the layers pallete, then make sure u select the layer your trying to change the opacity on. U select the layer by clicking the actual layer name in the layer pallete. If that doesnt work, then wtf lol.

Make sure you have your Layers window open. If you don't, go to Window -> Layer.

Then once you paste whatever you are doing, like the eyes onto your image, in the layers windown there is an opacity bar with 100% by it. Just change that to 75% and you are done.

Is that what you were asking?

What version of photoshop are you using? 7.0 or CS?

At the top, in the middle, you will see BLENDING OPTIONS and a meter bar. Just slide it down to where it says 75. That's it. Later, QD.

Thanks QD... however I still cant get it to work for some reason... I read all the directions on the given thread posted, and this one... and I can find/get everything to work but this? Everything up until what im talkin about and then I can sorta play with the stuff after but cant do the opacity as to where I could see to put it on the front bumper.

Guess photoshop is not one of my strong suits?

After you select the area you want it is under Select -> Feather

At least in CS that is how you get Feather.
