friend of mine holds a benefit car show for his son who has cerebral palsy every year in warner robins, about 2 hours south of atlanta...the 7's not done though, it was just ruffed in to take to nopi, i think he has plans for a custom made wing/diffusers/lips, etc to go with it, the guys a wizard at body work/paint, and those are 10 inchers all the way around

The depth of field you tried to generate in Photoshop is too fakey. The wheel on the truck, persons arm, people through the window werent altered, so you can tell it was photoshopped for sure. Both photos are exposed well, and there are no hot spots. Not bad at all though man.

Is the first pic PS-ed to blur? If so, the dude in the front windshield needs to be blurred, also. Later, QD.

    auto setting = bad
If you want the back ground "blured" or out of focus use the Apt mode and shoot at different f stops the lower the number the less depth of field you'll
have. Your shooting digital so play with the settings, it doesn't cost you anything. Better yet use your d50 in manual mode for a while no auto focus
or P mode It will help you get to know your camera. Just my 2 cents

What photo shop program are you using?

thanks for the advice guys, i started heavy into ps a while back and backed off, now that ive picked up a decent camera (dont want to be a pro, but i want decent shots, was tired of crappy point and shoot junk that would turn out blurry, which is why i picked up the d50) im trying to get back into it, at the time i had ps7.0, which is what im using now, i need to peek around on some piracy sites and see if i can get an updated version

ive tried a few times using manual focus and all that and the pictures look ok on the mini screen on the camera, but when i load them they will be off focus by a good bit.....is there a crash course sort of speak for the d50 anywhere? ive searched google a little bit, but i work so much and get sidetracked when im searching and ill forget about it
