I have been running up in the mtns for many, many years. It is a very rare occurance for me to make a mistake on the track or on the street; however, if you have not been off the road in the mtns at least a couple of times, it is highly unlikely that you will become very fast. In learning your personal and your vehicle limits, it is inevitable that you will make errors in judgement.
Learn from your mistakes and figure out how to avoid them next time. Do not let this be a lesson that you did not learn something from.
now u have pissed me off the mtns and public roads are not the place to be driving off and making mistakes. that is want hpde's are for making a mistake in the mountains or any public road can kill people. take it to the track its fine to drive fast in the mtns but know your limits and stay away from them or do everyone else a favor and kill yourself.
