The Tokina is a good lens. It's mad heavy like a tank, and it has an excellent build quality and having the constant F/4 is pretty nice; however, having the extra 2mm makes a difference with the Sigma. I would go for the Sigma. It is super fast focusing and quiet. Popular Photgraphy magazine did a ultra-wide lens shoot out and the Sigma won out of the Tamron, Tokina and Sigma. The Tokina was 2nd place. If you already have the kit lens, no need to overlap so much with the 12-24 with your 18-55.
