    Yea I guess but I'd rather have a longer shutter speed and lower iso rather than shorter shutter speed and higher iso. Having a really high iso just seems really grainy to me which is why i try to keep my iso as low as i can.

    This is true, its just that your shot was a bit overexposed like JessAlba452 said, 12-13sec instead of 15sec might have been spot on for that shot.. The histogram is your friend, i gauge most of my shots off of it unless there is a particular look i was going for with a shot(overexposed or underexposed).. I must say the night rolling shot came out well though, im still tryin to get the hang of nighttime rolling shots..

    Yea yall are right. I was just trying to hurry up and take a shot because of the security was asking us to leave. Also that was the one and only shot I took of that spot so I didnt really get a chance to try different settings out. Btw the edited pic looks much better. I dont have photoshop yet so I havnt gotten a chance to process these pictures.
