If you put the f/stop even higher all the buildings in the background would be as sharp as the varsity torch tower. Of course that would make the photo alot darker so you would need to decrease the shutter speed to compensate...which would make the taillights and headlights one long continuous line of light instead of starting and stopping. Just an idea!
