I would definitely advise against that. Photobucket probably has the worst file integrity of all the image hosting sites. If I was you, I'd get a flickr account. They are free and you can store up to 200 images there. Upload whatever file your camera spits out to flickr. Do not try to resize it before then, or open it with windows picture and fax viewer. Flickr will automatically resize the image (correctly) to several different sizes, depending on your need.

This pic was taken at 1024x768. It goes as high as 12mp. I do use PB to host, but it's like that BEFORE PB hosting. And I have not resized or anything. What should I open pics with? The program that came with the camera, right? I will open a flikr account now, actually. Later, QD.
