trouble with uploading pics

can someone explain to me how to upload pics onto IA lateley? i upload from my comp it will not work, i try to copy a image address it will not work, i resize the pic and then try to upload it and still getting error messages.

use photobucket and copy and paste the "img" code

okay ill give that a shot but i used flikr and copied the address and pasted it, and it didnt work.

im having the same issue tried all that and still cant get my pictures to upload
