Well I had PS CS4 but a dll file is bad for some reason. I am ok with PS, but I would like a background for my computer.

i gotcha. i mean if you had CS4. you should be good to go with being able to work PS i would think. but yeah, as far as sending it to a person. email would presumably be the best rout to go. you could post them up on here...but it would potentially hurt the quality of the image.
