I believe if you're in a low light environmentand want to capture glowsticks you want to up the iso not lower it, but not too high or the pics will be too noisy. Also, you want a slow shutter speed paired with a high f stop on your lense....
I could be wrong though as I am no photographer...just experiment there are so many ways to do it
