    Pot heads are the silver pieces that are on the end of the wire, they connect to the fuse barrels at the top of the pole.

    Airmax, I work for Pike Electric (or now Pike Energy Solutions). I contract for Marietta Power currently, but have worked under Cobb EMC and GA Power.

    well you learn somethin new every day, props for being a lineman though, after doing low-voltage electrical work for a while now (and a handful of shocks) i can honestly say i would never climb my frail ass up a pole.
