Well so far these people are standing up for their word. Two weeks ago, I broke one of the windows. I called them up and told them about it and what happened and they called me today and will be out Wednesday to replace it.
For free.
I was putting a broom back in place in my garage when my cat ran out under my foot from under the car and I stepped on her. That caused me to kind of stumble forward and the broom handle went cock-eyed and the end hit the window and put a hole right in the middle of it. Argon gas went everywhere, lolol.
We've had this house for 35 years and never had a broken window one. Fifteen children in my neighborhood (when I was a child) and everyday playing some sort of sport and never broke one window. We go out and spend a fuckload of money on new windows and I break one within the first month.

my dad had those put in our house... he paid close to 13,000 for all the windows..... they ar filled with sometime of gas??? idkk.... but you can break into them with a butter knife.. lol i did several days when i got locked out

The house I'm renting was built in 1911 and I seriously think my bedroom has the original windows. It's drafty as all get out.
Creates a cold that no person should ever have to deal with.
But you have a beautiful home. (and it's paid off, which certainly adds to the beauty)
