Well so far these people are standing up for their word. Two weeks ago, I broke one of the windows. I called them up and told them about it and what happened and they called me today and will be out Wednesday to replace it.

I was putting a broom back in place in my garage when my cat ran out under my foot from under the car and I stepped on her. That caused me to kind of stumble forward and the broom handle went cock-eyed and the end hit the window and put a hole right in the middle of it. Argon gas went everywhere, lolol.

We've had this house for 35 years and never had a broken window one. Fifteen children in my neighborhood (when I was a child) and everyday playing some sort of sport and never broke one window. We go out and spend a fuckload of money on new windows and I break one within the first month.
