I saw a similar set up the other day except it was a van.
I am enjoying the sticker on the tire cover/trunk thing.
A guy frequently spectates at Road Atlanta with a window unit ghetto attached to his van window and a generator on a little crate thing off the tow hook LOL.
LOTS of duct tape.
I guess people will do just about anything to stay cool these days
