Coding help with image.

I'm not the best with coding so a little help would be appreciated.

Example code, for myspace embedding.

Its flash based so I can't just right click and copy img src. The last bit is junk that doesn't need to be there.

Now how in the hell do I get this to display as an image?

Nah, that wont work. Follow the address and you'll see what I mean.

well it doesn't even load, so that is why i suggested a prnt screen. not everyone has myspace.
