    Your pictures always look great.

Is it skill, camera, combination of both?

if you don't mind telling, what type of camera do you use?

Those were taken with a Canon XTi and the $75 50mm f/1.8 lens.

Every single photo is ALL about the lighting. Just as Ansel Adams says, "A good photograph is knowing where to stand." You shoot a car from one direction then go to the other side and the shadows and reflections will look completely different...the lighting will make or break a photo.

The camera doesn't really doesn't matter when it comes to small web sized images, it's knowing how to use it as a tool to capture what you see...

At least you could be semi-cool and ask if I was related to Travis.

That makes sense about the lighting. The fact that the camera doesn'treally matter makes me feel better. I suppose I just have to keep practicing and fooling around with it. Thanks for the info.
