    she is my world...3 years old and smartest kid in her class. ABC's, 123's, colors, shapes, knows how to write a few letters, count to 5 in chinese, count to 15 in spanish, a little bosnian.....damn i miss her so much...it hasnt even been a week since i last saw her, but holy shit it feels like forever and the thought of never seeing my babygirl ever again...frankly scares the living shit out of me.

    thank you very much erin You should see her now...those pics were taken march 14 on her first day being 3 years old. she is sooo smart and she loves babies so when I get partial custody or at least where i can take her off...I want her to meet annie

    well yesterday at court sucked...I was informed I had no rights to my daughter because of a few things.

    1. just because your name is on the birth certificate does not mean you have rights as a father.
    2. unless you were married or legitimized, you also have no right.

    So now onto plan two...since I have a 6month TPO I cannot see my daughter so its time to get legitimized as her father that was I can see her before the end of my 6 month TPO.

    Temporary protective order...restraining order against me filed by my ex. Just because of her douche bag bf. Temporary meaning 6 months and since my daughter is under temporary custody of her mother it counts for her as well. I hate women sometime. They sure know how to drag a dude through mud.

    dude that sucks ass. i hate when another dick head that has nothing to do with anything causes so much shit. i have an 8 year old daughter and i could not imagine not being able to kiss her good night every night and being woke up by her wanting to have as she call's it "its on time". thats when she dive's on my head and whips my ass in the mornings lol. good luck and if you know anything on her that would swing custody your way. use the shit out of it and on her dick head boy friend.

    I contacted the lawyer that will be working my case...but I am at least hoping for a 50/50 custody or at least where I can get my daughter for a few days. Even though I hate my daughter's mother...I wouldn't deny my daughter her mother. I am not as cold hearted as she is haha.
