    Default can someone photoshop this wheel for me?

    can someone photoshop this wheel for me? reps will be given. im not sure what color i want to go with on the inside of the spokes "everything that is black now" i want either green, blue, or like a hightlighter yellow. the outside of the spokes/face and lip will be polished.
