Same here. I missed a 6:45pm flight because I was at the gate at 6:30pm and there was no attendant at the desk. She came out 15 minutes later and said she put me on the stand-by list 5 minutes earlier....but i've been standing at her computer for 15 minutes?!! I've been on AirTran several times and seen people get on board AFTER the departure time yet I was at the gate staring at the plane 15 minutes before it was to leave. BS.Originally Posted by SPOOLIN
