It's actually a genetic disease based off a hormone deficiency of myostatin. There are humans and animals with these deficiencies. It'll make you ripped but your cardiovascular system can't keep up and you die a bit earlier, like 10 to 20 years sooner than you should. On average(not always), African Americana males have a slight deficiency over Caucasian males and are on average naturally a little stronger, but it links into the common blood tissue related problems with the African American community (sickle cell anemia and such).
