Heres what I would do. Since the exif says that you are indeed working with a decent camera, go back to this location:. This to me seems like it has the most promise for a nice exposure. Avoid using your flash. Play with the aperture/shutter scale until your exposure turns out nice. also, make sure you check your histogram on the spot. that will be more helpful than looking at a 2 inch screen and trying to determine if your shot is any good.
