My new Puppy

She is only 3 weeks old right now so I dont get to bring her home for about 3 more weeks. She is a full blood Boxer with papers.

the only reason i have a pit bull is because when i rescued her we got attached to her and no one wanted to take her to the no kill shelter. she is a pit mixed with something, looks like a boxer, i dunno......

i was ignorant to how the pit bull breed was temperment wise. the bitch.. i mean lady who dumped the dog i have said she was a bull terrier, like the target dog. i went to the shelter and i almost freaked out. i had to track the lady down and have her sign consent forms to let me take this dog, they were going to put her down. i annoyed the people at the pound and as an attempt to get at me they wet the dog down right before i picked her up out back. my poor teggy got all muddy inside.
but she is protective of me and my kids. and very smart and obedient.

My dog is the sweetest thing EVER. No temperament issues at all. I honestly think it's about their environment and past. My dog has NEVER had anyone be mean to her, so she thinks everyone is there to play with her. You couldn't get her to attack a flea if you tried. Props to you for saving one! The are entirely misunderstood in my eyes. The meanest dog I ever saw was a standard poodle

Oh and I meant to say that my dog's BFF is a boxer. So, now she boxes al the other dogs at the dog park like a boxer! It's so funny. My dog thinks she's a boxer for sure, maybe that's why everyone asks.

Understandable! I wold be careful if I had kids too. My cats just beat my dogs as.s, so it's all good in my house.

Oh and I think another thing that messes up the temperament is all of the inbreeding. How you gonna have a100% Razors Edge with no inbreeding???? Makes no sense.

One of my friends has 2 dogs that are mixed with Pitt and Can Corso. They are fucking huge!!!! They are really sweeties though....and gorgeous. Yours is nice looking. Lovely coat.

she also will chase them back in the house when i tell her to.

the only times she was bad...
1. ran out the front door when i was getting the mail and got in the mail lady's jeep.

2. did the same to some one visiting my neighbor. got in his car..

3. i came home with groceries and she got in the trunk of the civic and i had to pick her ass up to get her out.

4. i accidently left the front door cracked when i was taking out the trash and the papa johns guy rang the bell...she bolted out the door, he dropped the pizza on the ground, ran and jumped on his hood.

she also bites the wheels on the lawnmower for some reason.......

LOLOL! I am just picturing her doing all of that! Dogs are so funny. My dog has never chewed up anything of mine or anything that's not a designated toy. So, I am grateful for that. The only bad thing my dog does is chase the runners and bikers at the park. She just wants to play with them, but they don't know that. I need to get her a harness, cuz when I hold her back she chokes a little and it sounds like she is snarling at them. Makes me look like a BAD pit bull owner. I think she just goes to the dog park so much that she thinks anything that moves fast s meant for her to chase and play with. Don't you know that she is the fastest dog in all the land at the park!!!! She loves to get in the doggy chase chain whenever possible.

Cute puppy! My cousin has a Boxer. I didn't know they were so freakin' hyper! They're like large Jack Russell Terriers. Be prepared to do a lot of doggie entertaining. They are still good dogs and they look great.
