    Default Just bought a new house

    Pics of the new house .... woot! I am very excited about the new place and the media room that I will be building in the basement. I also just bought another 50" plasma to go over the fire place. If anyone has experience building a media room/ home theater let me know cause I will need some help. Pics of the tv's and media room will come as i go.

    House looks awesome!

    I have a wall mount for your TV if you're interested.

    It comes out about 4 feet, swivels left and right, upside down, diagonal, whatever you'd like

    enjoy the grass cutting :X for the media room just get a nice 720p/1080p projector with a decent sound system the basement doesnt look that big so there is no need to spend money on quality sound system..


    i have a 720p projector in my basement and its around 15ft x 23ft, getting 120"inch 16x9 display and my sound system was $400bux and i never get to crank it up.. the volume goes up to 40.. and i rarely go above 25 when watching media.

    The basement I will be using for the media room is huge.

    I have experience installing/setup Home theaters and I am also in the Athens/Bogart area. You can swing by my place to check out what I have done and maybe get some ideas. I mounted a 46" Samsung LCD over the fireplace with a sweet 5.1 setup. Send me a PM. I also have a Vienna Acoustic center channel for sale if you need it.

    Use double layered Sheetrock for sound deadning in your media room.
