Because that's not chicken on top of there... it's a grilled tuna steak. And the base is a cobb salad that I made with romaine lettuce, asiago and gorgonzola cheese, grape tomatoes, and a homemade raspberry vinaigrette that I made by sauteeing raspberries in olive oil until they were plumped, added some seasoning and a tiny bit of egg white to, and whisked to high holy hell until it was proper dressing consistency, then put in the blender to break up the raspberries. Then I put it in the fridge overnight.
That's how I know.
--edit-- oh yeah I also sauteed tomatoes, onions, and garlic in white wine and olive oil to make the little topping stuff on top of the tuna.
