1. I'm pretty sure this tattoo took all of atleast 3 hours.
2. Laser treament for this will boil down to at least 4-5 treatments (at LEAST).
3. It will hurt 10x worse to get it lasered.
4. Seeing that it is nothing but black and gray will make it harder to cover up.
