Your watermark is very obtrusive and takes a lot away from your photos, other than that , looks pretty good.

the reason for the watermark is because those pictures are for sale...and a lot of people have already STOLEN my pictures when I had a less obvious watermark...but now nobody even bothers since it's all across the screen
The BP intersection pic is cool, but the taillights have too much light flare on them. Still, very cool.

Then you shouldn't be concentrating on bigger watermarks, you should be getting a lawyer if they were used in a publishing format without your consent.
i agree on the watermark comment. there's a lot of people that rely on selling photos for a living that still manage to watermark their images in a slightly more appealing way. there's also not that much damage anyone can do with a 630px/72dpi photo. other than that, they look pretty good though.
