That's 1 thing... another thing... it doesn't say copyright anywhere on those, which means you, sir, would not have a case.

As a designer, I'mma help you out...

1 - NEVER put full files up anywhere.... watermark it, knock it down to low res.. something.

2 - ALWAYS mark your work as copyright. Work this into your watermark... and make it a tough watermark to get rid of.

See below for an example. Even though this was a 2 second chop I did, NONE of my work is put online without watermarks of some sort. My general art, sure, but design work, no.
