    But seriously... Got her from a cousin who couldnt take care of her any more and asked me to have her... she was 8 weeks when i got her

    I had a pair of pitts.... Max and Mischa.... they were taken by animal control after a looong drawn out court battle... long story short, dude broke into my backyard and was trying to break into my parts shed. Dogs heard, went through sliding glass door, attacked him. Court originally said I could keep them because all they were doing was defending their house, and it was NOT an unprovoked attack. Dude's attorney countersued saying that dogs that dangerous didn't need to be owned by anyone, we countersued saying that we live on 3 acres, and that as SOON as I told them to back off of the guy who broke in, they did. Attorney appealed that, reasoning that if a child were to wander onto our property, the dogs would likely do the same thing (attack). Went back and forth and back and forth, finally the judge decided that if they attacked once, there was nothing dictating that they wouldn't attack again, and the judge turned them over to animal control, and they were put down a few weeks later.

    This is the only pic I have left of them... they are PLAYING, by the way... Max is the black one, Mischa is the brindle

    Im sorry phantom... that happened to my buddy in new jersey... a dog attacked one of his pits... he had 2 so the other came to help and they just scared the dog away.... after the dog ran away it got hit by a car.... and the guy called the city and they made my friend put both dogs to sleep... he had the dogs since he was 7... he is 20 now
