Default Adobe Illustrator skills needed for fixing a sticker design

My mad MS Paint skillz apparently just aren't good enough for making the IA DA Squad stickers. I made the following sticker designs, but the person at the print shop said that it needed to be at least 400 dpi with clean sharp edges.

So, I need someone with Adobe Illustrator skills to:

    - make them at least 400 dpi and 9 inches wide

    - make one set with black text, car, and building with a clear background (DA remains red)

    - make one set with white text, car, and building with a clear background (DA remains red)

The following are scaled down. I have the original .bmp files that I can email as well as a link to where I got the fonts. Either PM me an email address or send one to phatcardesignz AT gmail DOT com to get my original files or if you can work with what is posted here, just send me the finished Illustrator file.

Thanks in advance! You will be making at least 20 DA owners very happy.

You need someone with mad illustrator skills... not photoshop... vector art, fool!!

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.
