Try disabling UAC (control panel-classic view-user accounts-turn user account control on or turn it off,) or if you must leave UAC on, enable your super secret administrator user. Do this by going to start - type in cmd (dont hit enter) and it will bring the cmd up on the top left, just click the icon to open it. When the DOS window opens, type in this command and hit enter: Net user administrator /active:yes Now you can switch user to the Administrator (which does not have UAC turned on.)
