go to the georgia tech parking deck, over by technology square. go up to the top deck, you can get a really good view of the city.

some of the best places are not always in the city
-marietta square for example
but i highly recommend Little 5 points for nice urban scenic shots.Atlantic station at night spots like Peachtree and Juniper..hell..even Tower walk in buckhead
for nature areas, there is a park that travels along the chattahoochee river.
